Description of Service

RemoveBG, operated by removebgtool, provides online image background removal and related editing tools. Free usage is limited; paid plans provide credits and other benefits as described on the pricing page. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled; one-time credit packs are charged once. The price, credit amount, and billing period are shown before checkout. You are responsible for accurate billing information. You can cancel a subscription in Billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically refund the current period. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request a refund.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. To request account closure, contact support@removebgtool.net.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
