RemoveBG is operated by removebgtool. For product questions, account help, billing issues, refund requests, or disputes, email support@removebgtool.net.

If you have an account, you can also submit and track a request in Support tickets. The ticket page requires sign-in; email is available without an account.

For billing and refund requests

Please include the email address used for the purchase, the order or transaction number if available, the charge date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send your password or full payment card number. See the refund policy for eligibility and cancellation details.
