Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to RemoveBG's website, image tools, accounts, and API. You are responsible for the images you upload or provide by URL and for how you use the resulting files.

Your rights and responsibilities

Only submit images that you own or are authorized to process. Respect copyright, privacy, publicity, and other rights. Do not use generated results to impersonate someone, mislead others, or violate applicable law.

Prohibited activity

You must not:

• Upload or process unlawful content, content that exploits minors, or images used to harass, threaten, or defraud others.
• Submit images or URLs that contain malware or are intended to attack our service or other users.
• Attempt to access another person's account, data, credits, or API key without permission.
• Evade usage limits, payment requirements, or security controls, including by creating accounts or automating requests for that purpose.
• Disrupt the service through excessive traffic, vulnerability exploitation, or unauthorized testing.
• Resell or redistribute access in a way that misrepresents your relationship with RemoveBG or violates our Terms of Service.

Enforcement and reporting

We may reject content, limit access, or suspend an account when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated. If you believe content or an account is being misused, email support@removebgtool.net with relevant details.
